Brian J. Therrien is a former Police Officer that became a Private Investigator. In or about 2014, Therrien was recruited for an illegal operation targeting a Whistleblower. Under the guise of an undercover investigation, Therrien relocated to Scottsdale Arizona with a team to harass the Whistleblower. Therrien, who has a history of violent crimes, is engaging in crimes under the protection of a corrupt prosecutor from the Arizona Attorney General's office. Recent crimes reported against Therrien include but not limited to, physical assault, burglary, torture, vandalism, and stalking. The crimes carried out by Therrien and his team meet the definition of domestic terrorism. Therrien is not licensed to operate as a private investigator in the state in Arizona. The Officer below is operating under the name of Brian M. Schwartz. Mr. Schwartz is accused of working with a prosecutor from the Arizona Attorney General's Office to harass whistleblowers under the guise of an undercover investigation for personal gain. Recent allegations against Schwartz include but not limited to; stalking, physical assault on a female, burglary, and threatening and intimidating a child. To date, we are unable to confirm the law enforcement agency that employs Mr. Schwartz. Schwartz's current victim resides in Scottsdale, however, the Scottsdale Police Department denied that he is employed by their agency.
In mid-December of 2019, a victim of Schwartz contacted the Maricopa County Sheriff's office and spoke with Sergeant Robert Leatham. After several communications in which the victim sent Sergeant Leatham a photo of Mr. Schwartz, he denied that Schwartz was employed by their agency.
On March 4, 2020, the victim contacted The Department Of Transportation Services( DPS) and spoke with Officer T.M. O'Brian badge#6150. Sergeant O'Brian denied that Schwartz's employment with their agency.
